Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Manufacturing to lead end-to-end manufacturing performance within a flexible packaging environment. This is a P&L-impacting leadership role, responsible for translating business strategy into disciplined, data-driven factory execution at scale.

The role goes beyond plant supervision and focuses on driving throughput, improving OTIF performance, optimizing cost per unit, embedding quality-by-design, and building predictable, high-performing manufacturing systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing Performance & Execution

  • Own end-to-end production flow across printing, lamination, slitting, and pouch making operations.

  • Drive throughput improvement by identifying and managing operational constraints (TOC mindset preferred).

  • Own and continuously improve OTIF performance through realistic planning and disciplined execution.

  • Achieve and sustain plant OEE of 60% or above without compromising quality or flow.


Experience

  • Minimum 12–18+ years of experience in manufacturing, with senior leadership responsibility.

  • Strong exposure to flexible packaging, printing, or related continuous/batch manufacturing environments.

  • Proven track record of stabilizing complex operations and converting them into predictable, high-performing systems.
