WE ARE HIRING: Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to business leaders. The role focuses on managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting organizational culture initiatives while fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions

• Partner with business leaders to identify and address workforce issues proactively

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards

• Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions

• Support performance management processes and coach managers on best practices

• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) on policy development and implementation

• Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention

• Analyze employee relations trends and provide insights to leadership for continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations or HR advisory roles

• Experience in multinational or tech-driven environments is an advantage
