Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to support revenue growth, product sales, customer relationship management, payment follow-ups, and daily sales reporting.
The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, meeting revenue and product quantity targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, managing accounts receivables, and ensuring compliance with company sales and credit policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets and product quantity goals.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Promote company products and solutions to prospective and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Conduct regular client visits, follow-ups, and sales meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents when required.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, quotations, and pending customer decisions.
- Ensure timely payment collection and support effective accounts receivable management.
- Monitor customer credit status and follow credit-management guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions.
- Provide daily activity reports, sales updates, and progress reports to management.
- Use CRM tools or sales tracking systems to update pipelines and customer information.
- Stay informed about company products, competitor products, market trends, and customer needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer support.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Follow company policies, sales procedures, credit policies, and compliance requirements.
- Travel for customer visits, market coverage, and business-development activities as required.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in sales, business development, customer relationship management, or a similar role.
- Experience in office equipment, business appliances, technology products, IT solutions, electronics, or related product sales will be an advantage.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Good understanding of sales processes, customer follow-ups, and territory management.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking systems will be preferred.
- Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Good reporting, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage payment follow-ups and support accounts receivable collection.
- Good understanding of credit management and sales compliance practices.
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and email communication.
- Must have a bike for commuting and client visits.
- Willingness to travel regularly for customer meetings and sales activities.
