Role Overview

The Executive – Social Media will manage and grow the companys social media presence by creating engaging content, handling daily platform activities, and analyzing performance. The role focuses on content creation, community engagement, and basic analytics, helping strengthen brand visibility and audience connection across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Publishing

Create and publish content such as reels, videos, carousels, static posts, blogs, and emailers.

Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos using mobile devices and editing tools.

Ensure content aligns with brand tone, visuals, and messaging.

Coordinate with internal teams for content ideas and campaign execution.

Social Media Management & Engagement

Manage daily activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and TikTok.

Respond to comments and messages to maintain active audience engagement.

Support follower growth and community interaction initiatives.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

Track post performance, engagement, and reach using platform analytics tools.

Identify content trends and suggest improvements based on data insights.

Support basic sentiment analysis and audience behavior reviews.

Operational Support

Manage content calendars and multiple campaigns at the same time.

Use available tools or automation to improve content workflow efficiency.

Ensure timely delivery of content without compromising quality.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

Bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

Skills & Experience

Strong interest or experience in social media management or digital marketing.

Good understanding of major social media platforms and how content performs on them.

Hands-on experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar.

Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics is an advantage).

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Creative mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to trends.

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
