Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance & Analytics Specialist to own campaign analytics, dashboards, A/B testing, insights, and optimization models across a loyalty program. This role is responsible for translating data into actionable insights to continuously improve campaign performance, customer journeys, and retention outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Track weekly KPIs including joiners, redeemers, tier progression, churn, CTRs, offer views, and click-through rates.

Build heat maps to analyze merchant engagement and offer performance.

Conduct A/B testing across multiple channels and message types.

Provide optimization recommendations for each customer journey and campaign.

Maintain dashboards integrated with Salesforce Loyalty Management System (LMS) and Marketing Cloud.

Deliver insights for seasonal, partner, earning, and burning campaigns.

Work closely with the CRM Manager to refine strategy using data-driven insights.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience
-
4–7 years of experience in marketing analytics or performance marketing.

Strong experience in CRM analytics, cohort analysis, and retention metrics.

Hands-on proficiency with dashboards, SQL or BI tools, and Marketing Cloud data models.
