Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven and growth-focused Marketing Manager - Brand & Digital Growth to lead the full marketing funnel, from brand awareness and paid acquisition to user activation, retention, and monthly active user growth.
This is a growth-focused role with brand responsibility. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, brand positioning, CRM, analytics, attribution, and AI-powered creative production. The role requires a marketer who can own the funnel end-to-end, make data-led decisions, work with lean teams, and drive measurable growth outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute full-funnel marketing strategy from awareness to activation, retention, and monthly active user growth
- Define, measure, and improve funnel performance across all key conversion stages
- Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, programmatic, native, affiliate, and related digital channels
- Develop brand positioning, platform voice, audience strategy, and campaign messaging
- Work with external creative and production agencies to deliver ATL, BTL, and campaign assets
- Prepare strong creative briefs and ensure agencies deliver against business and funnel outcomes
- Use generative AI tools to create and iterate visual assets, ad creatives, copy variants, campaign concepts, and digital content
- Reduce dependency on external production for fast-turnaround digital content requirements
- Work closely with CRM teams to convert registrations into active users
- Improve lifecycle marketing touchpoints across the user journey from registration to monthly active usage
- Build and improve affiliate, publisher, and partnership channels as core acquisition sources
- Own the measurement framework, including attribution, cohort analysis, campaign performance, and downstream MAU impact
- Use data and insights to make growth decisions beyond CPA and registration metrics
- Manage a lean internal team and hold agency partners accountable for performance outcomes
- Prepare performance reports, campaign insights, and growth updates for leadership
- Champion the use of AI-assisted analytics, automated reporting, audience segmentation, and faster content testing
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualifications
- Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field would be an added advantage
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, or related roles
- Proven experience owning full-funnel marketing from acquisition to retention
- Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, not only managing agencies
- Experience in startup, scale-up, or build-from-scratch marketing environments would be preferred
- Experience in fintech, e-commerce, ride-hailing, digital wallets, online entertainment, or similar high-growth digital industries would be an added advantage
- Experience working with limited budgets, lean teams, and performance-focused growth targets would be preferred
Skills & Other Requirements
- Strong full-funnel marketing and growth strategy capability
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, paid acquisition, campaign structure, and optimization
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, audience strategy, and creative review
- Ability to manage both brand and performance marketing responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of MAU growth, user activation, retention, and lifecycle marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and digital analytics tools
- Familiarity with mobile measurement and tracking platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar tools
- Experience with CRM automation tools and lifecycle communication would be an advantage
- Active daily use of AI tools for content creation, visual production, campaign ideation, reporting, and audience insights
- Familiarity with generative image and video tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data-led decision-making skills
- Ability to interpret attribution, cohort analysis, and campaign performance data
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage internal teams and agency partners
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently with full ownership, speed, and accountability
- Creative, performance-focused, AI-native, and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment
