Role Overview 

We are seeking a talented and creative Creative Designer to shape the visual identity of multiple brands across digital and print channels. This role is ideal for a design professional who enjoys combining branding, creative design, digital marketing, motion graphics, and front-end implementation to create impactful marketing assets and engaging user experiences. You will collaborate with global marketing teams to create high-quality content that strengthens brand presence, supports marketing performance, and enhances customer engagement across multiple platforms. 

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging static creatives for paid social campaigns, display advertising, CRM campaigns, email marketing, and digital promotions.
• Create compelling video content, animations, and motion graphics for social media, digital campaigns, and website content.
• Develop creative concepts aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Design landing pages, website graphics, banners, infographics, and other digital marketing assets.
• Create print materials including flyers, brochures, one-pagers, and other marketing collateral.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop, test, and optimize creatives for performance marketing campaigns.
• Adapt creative assets for multiple digital platforms and formats.
• Implement design-led improvements and content updates within WordPress websites.
• Use HTML and CSS to support front-end design enhancements and user experience improvements.
• Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints and marketing communications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Stay up to date with emerging design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and digital marketing best practices.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a digital design or creative design role.
• Strong experience designing static creatives, video content, and print materials.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Experience using Figma or similar collaborative design platforms.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality creative work.
• Strong understanding of branding and visual identity principles.
• Experience creating assets for paid media, social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience working with WordPress, including implementing design and content enhancements.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, proactive, and positive attitude.
