Role Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented and data-driven Product Growth & Operations Lead to take ownership of product growth, business performance, and operational success within a fast-paced software development environment.

This role will be responsible for driving user growth, improving customer engagement, supporting customer lifecycle management, and identifying opportunities to increase product performance and revenue. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in digital product operations, growth strategy, analytics, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Product Growth & Business Performance

• Take full ownership and accountability for the performance, growth, and operational success of assigned product or business verticals.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase active users, customer engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Plan and execute campaigns, product promotions, engagement initiatives, and customer lifecycle strategies.
• Analyze user behavior, market trends, product performance, and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
• Continuously optimize product offerings, user journeys, and engagement strategies to improve retention and business outcomes.

Operations & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, affiliate, product, and technology teams to drive acquisition, retention, and cross-selling initiatives.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth product operations and successful execution of growth initiatives.
• Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and platform partners to ensure operational accuracy, system reliability, and service quality.
• Support process improvements, product enhancements, and operational initiatives that improve user experience and business efficiency.
• Ensure all product-related activities are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Monitor product performance, user activity, engagement levels, and key business metrics.
• Use analytics and tracking tools to identify performance gaps and recommend practical growth solutions.
• Prepare regular performance reports, dashboards, and insights for management review.
• Track campaign performance and recommend improvements to increase user engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product operations, product growth, digital product management, or a similar role.
• Experience in software development, SaaS, e-commerce, FinTech, or performance-driven digital product environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of user behavior, customer engagement, retention strategies, and digital product growth.
• Experience working with web and mobile applications.
• Experience collaborating with external vendors, technology partners, and third-party digital platforms.
• Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools such as GA4, Firebase, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven, and growth-focused environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Interest in digital platforms, sports, e-games, or online entertainment products will be an added advantage.
