Role Overview

We are seeking an expert level Senior 3D Modeller & Visualizer to support architectural, interior, landscape, façade, and lighting design projects through accurate 3D models and high quality visual outputs.

The selected candidate will be responsible for creating professional renderings, night time lighting visualizations, lighting atmosphere studies, façade lighting effects, landscape lighting scenes, interior lighting moods, and client ready presentation images. The role requires strong modelling accuracy, refined visual judgement, and the ability to translate design intent into realistic and technically credible visual outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high quality 3D models for architectural, interior, landscape, façade, and lighting design projects.
• Produce realistic renderings, visualizations, animations, and presentation images for client submissions.
  
• Create night time lighting visuals, lighting atmosphere studies, façade lighting effects, landscape lighting scenes, and interior lighting moods.
• Support the lighting design team in testing and presenting different lighting concepts and visual options.
  
• Import, clean, optimize, and coordinate 3D models received from architects, interior designers, landscape architects, and consultants.
• Prepare scenes with correct camera views, materials, textures, lighting setup, environment, entourage, and post production.
  
• Coordinate with lighting designers, project managers, architects, and consultants to represent design intent accurately.
• Produce visuals for concept reports, schematic submissions, design booklets, competitions, supplier coordination, and client presentations.
  
• Develop visual comparisons, before and after images, option studies, mood images, and lighting effect diagrams.
• Maintain organized project folders, source files, textures, material libraries, render files, references, and final outputs.
  
• Support the development of internal visualization standards, render templates, material libraries, lighting libraries, and workflow improvements.
• Use AI tools for concept image generation, mood boards, lighting scenarios, material studies, and preliminary visualizations where required.
  

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Product Design, 3D Visualization, or a related field.
• Professional training or certification in 3D visualization will be preferred.
  
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of professional experience in 3D modelling, architectural visualization, lighting visualization, or design visualization.
• Experience in architectural, interior, landscape, façade, hospitality, luxury residential, retail, or public realm projects.
  
• Previous experience in a lighting design consultancy, architecture studio, interior design studio, or landscape design studio will be a strong advantage.
• Strong design sensitivity and understanding of architectural spaces, 
• materials, textures, proportions, and visual composition.
• Good understanding of lighting effects such as accent lighting, grazing, wall washing, indirect lighting, backlighting, luminous surfaces, contrast, glare, and shadow.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, sections, elevations, lighting layouts, sketches, mood boards, and design references.
  
• Strong modelling accuracy, clean geometry, file organization, scale awareness, and technical consistency.
• Ability to produce both quick visual studies and refined high end presentation renderings.
  
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  Strong teamwork, communication, deadline management, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects at the same time.
  
• Experience using AI tools, prompt engineering, image to image generation, and AI assisted concept development will be a strong advantage.
