Role Overview

We are looking for a senior leader to head and grow the complete Aftermarket & Services business for power generation operations in the Maldives. This role carries full ownership of P&L, service revenue growth, customer strategy, operational performance, and long-term business development. It is a strategic, board-visible leadership position with real decision-making authority and regional exposure.

The role involves close collaboration with senior leadership teams and regional partners to build a best-in-class service organization supporting critical national infrastructure and premium resort customers across the Maldives.

Key Responsibilities

• Full ownership of P&L, revenue growth, and profitability of the Aftermarket & Services division.

• Lead all service operations, including parts, warranty, service contracts, and lifecycle support.

• Develop and execute customer and market strategies to increase service penetration and long-term value.

• Build, lead, and mentor high-performing technical and commercial teams.

• Drive operational excellence, safety, service quality, and compliance standards.

• Manage and grow key customer relationships with resorts, utilities, and large fleet operators.

• Partner closely with regional teams on strategy, training, product support, and capability development.

• Oversee inventory management, supply chain performance, and working capital optimization.

• Lead digitalization, process improvement, and efficiency initiatives across the aftermarket business.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent qualification.

• Professional qualification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing would be a definite advantage.

Experience & Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5+ years of total experience with strong exposure to aftermarket, services, or operations leadership.

• Proven track record of growing service revenue, margins, and customer retention.

• Strong commercial, financial, and strategic leadership capability, including P&L ownership.

• Experience leading large teams, budgets, and multi-site operations.

• Exposure to OEM environments such as power generation or heavy industrial equipment manufacturers would be a strong advantage.

• Excellent leadership presence with strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.

• Comfortable operating in a senior leadership role with board-level visibility.
