Job Overview
Were looking for a results-driven and experienced Aftermarket Manager to lead the service and marketing operations for a Cummins Power Generation dealership in the Maldives. This role is ideal for a leader with a strong background in aftermarket services, customer satisfaction, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the service and marketing teams to deliver exceptional performance.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support.
• Manage parts and inventory operations efficiently.
• Control budgets and drive aftermarket sales and profitability.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree (CIM qualification is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a relevant industry.
• Strong knowledge of Cummins products is preferred.
• Proven expertise in client service, inventory, and team management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working in or with companies such as Metropolitant, Heylese, Nativeway, UTE, or Pneumatic (Maldives) is preferred.
• Open to Sri Lankan candidates only.
