Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and technically proficient Manager Solutions & Planning to lead the design and development of innovative ICT and telecom solutions. The ideal candidate will oversee solution architecture, technology planning, and business alignment, ensuring that solutions meet both operational efficiency and future growth objectives. This role requires a solid understanding of telecom infrastructure, enterprise ICT services, and business support systems, along with strong analytical and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and technology planning initiatives for internal and external business requirements.
• Develop scalable ICT and telecom solutions to support organizational and service evolution.
• Conduct feasibility studies, business case development, and financial modeling for proposed solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technical and business alignment across solution lifecycles.
• Drive innovation in telecom and enterprise ICT infrastructure including mobile, fixed, fiber, 4G, and 5G networks.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners for solution implementation, cost optimization, and technology enhancements.
• Provide strategic input for capacity planning, network expansion, and digital transformation projects.
• Ensure that solutions comply with industry standards, SLAs, and performance benchmarks.
• Present solution proposals, project reports, and business insights to senior management.
• Manage a team of engineers and planners, ensuring continuous improvement and professional development.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelors Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in the IT & Telecom sector, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or lead role.
• Proven expertise in solution design, technology planning, or service strategy.
• Strong exposure to telecom systems (mobile, fixed, fiber, 4G, 5G), cloud services, and enterprise ICT solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in business case preparation, solution costing, and financial modeling.
• Excellent understanding of telecom networks, IT infrastructure, and enterprise service delivery.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure.
