Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to design and maintain BI dashboards, perform data analysis, and deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role involves working with cross-functional teams, managing data pipelines, and ensuring robust reporting for operational and strategic needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling using Python, R, or similar tools.
• Develop ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
• Create and maintain robust data models for operational and analytical reporting.
• Build BI solutions focused on logistics and supply chain metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users for BI adoption.
• Continuously improve BI solutions by staying updated with new tools and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a BI Developer, Analyst, or Engineer.
• Hands-on experience in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or other statistical programming languages.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
• Understanding of statistical methods, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Experience in logistics or supply chain industry is highly desirable.
