Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Director. This role involves managing schedules, handling confidential information, coordinating travel, and ensuring smooth communication across internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and other communications on behalf of the Director.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting documents.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
- Liaise professionally with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Act as the first point of contact for matters requiring the Directors attention.
- Arrange local and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Manage visas, travel insurance, and related logistics.
- Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as required.
- Support in organizing company events, board meetings, and key internal functions.
- Monitor project timelines, follow-ups, and deliverables.
- Manage office-related procurement and coordination tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office software.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative.
