Key Responsibilities

• Define scalable, robust IT architecture ensuring optimal Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
• Align IT solutions with business architecture and overall group IT strategy.
• Deliver solutions adhering to standards, best practices, and corporate guidelines.
• Monitor emerging market solutions and assess internal technical requirements.
• Validate solutions architecture and oversee implementation.
• Drive continuous process improvement and support new process rollouts.
• Develop and mentor IT teams, fostering skill development, autonomy, and self-organization.
• Understand business operations and provide IT advisory support.
• Plan IT projects, manage obsolescence, and ensure long-term efficiency.
• Identify new IT solution opportunities in collaboration with the architecture team.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Masters degree in a relevant field would be an advantage.
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) with 10+ years of experience in configuring, designing, and troubleshooting enterprise network solutions.
• Deep understanding of networking infrastructure and related technologies.
• Exposure to SAP, Salesforce, BI, and other business applications (Visio knowledge preferred).
• Strong communication and customer-centric skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Highly motivated, team-oriented, and committed to continuous learning.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
