Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Senior Executive Treasury to join the Groups finance division. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing daily treasury operations, ensuring liquidity management, handling foreign currency exposure, and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions.

This position requires a blend of technical treasury knowledge, hands-on ERP experience, and strong communication skills to support the Group Financial Controller in optimizing cash flow and mitigating financial risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, manage, and forecast daily cash flows to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and investment needs.
• Assist in the management of bank relationships and negotiations related to guarantees, credit facilities, and financial instruments.
• Handle foreign currency management, including forward exchange bookings to minimize forex exposure.
• Process LC settlements, TT remittances, interbank fund transfers, and shipping documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update treasury reports, ensuring compliance with accounting and financial risk management standards.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations of treasury and collection-related transactions within strict deadlines.
• Support financial risk management activities by analyzing exposure and recommending mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all treasury operations comply with internal policies and external regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize working capital management and streamline treasury workflows.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Treasury Management.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in treasury management, financial services, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience working in an ERP environment (preferably SAP).
• Strong knowledge of foreign currency transactions, LC operations, and bank negotiations.
• Excellent understanding of financial risk management and cash flow forecasting.

• Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills.

• Dynamic personality with good leadership and interpersonal skills.

• A team player with the ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
