Key Responsibilities:

• Understand project requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans using Agile methodologies.
• Track, monitor, and report project progress through all stages, ensuring timely delivery.
• Proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID).
• Effectively manage client expectations and communicate with third-party providers.
• Own project revenue and profit margins, taking proactive measures to meet goals.
• Foster innovation, excellence, and delivery rigor within the organisation.
• Contribute to pre-sales engagements and strategic management insights.
• Mentor junior team members and facilitate success across project teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in technology or business (or equivalent).
• PMP certification (preferred).
• 12-15 years of solid experience in software project management.
• Proven experience managing foreign clients directly.
• Strong stakeholder management and critical thinking skills.
• Expertise in software development life cycle and best practices.
• Proficiency with project management tools and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in issue resolution, negotiations, and collaboration.
