Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients in selecting jewellery pieces that meet their preferences and needs.
• Drive sales and meet sales targets consistently.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the jewellery products and trends to offer expert advice.
• Ensure the presentation and merchandising of jewellery displays are in line with brand standards.
• Process transactions and manage customer accounts accurately.
• Participate in promotional events and marketing campaigns.
• Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Should have a sound educational background and professional qualifications in sales & marketing.
• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic and energetic with a passion for luxury goods.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• A customer-centric approach and a genuine interest in building relationships.
• Knowledge of jewellery products, materials, and trends is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays, as needed.
