Job Role: Manager Sales and Marketing

Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka

Industry: Freight Forwarding & Logistics

Experience: 5-7 years in sales (Freight Forwarding/Logistics)

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Meet customers, understand needs & secure new business opportunities
• Target Achievement: Develop & execute sales & marketing strategies to exceed targets
• Customer Acquisition & Retention: Build strong relationships with new & existing clients
• Financial Oversight: Ensure credit policy adherence & timely payment follow-ups
• Industry Networking & Team Development: Stay updated on market trends & train the sales team
• Strategic Decision-Making: Provide market insights to management for business growth

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in Sales (Freight Forwarding/Logistics)
• BSc in Logistics or a related field (Sales & Marketing qualifications are a plus)
• Excellent communication skills & fluency in English
• Strong networking & negotiation skills
