Work location: Colombo, Sri Lanka



JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential areas of growth.
• Support in generating new leads, identifying and contacting decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the opportunities in line with the strategies.
• Assist in developing Corporate Plans for the Cluster to achieve growth objectives.
• Assist in preparation of all necessary feasibility studies and board papers for new investments and projects.
• Support in the development of proposals and presentations for new business projects for the growth of the Cluster.
• Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals.
• Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations.
• Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelors Degree in Business Management approved by UGC or equivalent professional qualification such as CIMA/CFA.
• Minimum of 3 - 4 years relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting & proven ability to develop feasibility studies and project proposals.
• Strong communication, coordination & presentation skills with fluency in Sinhala & English.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
