Senior Sales Executive opportunity in freight forwarding industry


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist local customers and overseas freight forwarders by understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  • Communicate regularly with local customers and overseas agent offices to update them on shipment statuses and ensure seamless coordination.
  • Source and secure new sales opportunities through inbound inquiries, outbound cold calls, and emails. Schedule appointments for sales.
  • Prepare and submit competitive quotations for cross-trade and international shipments, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs.
  • Track sales leads, coordinate quotes, and maintain accurate customer accounts while providing excellent customer service.
  • Follow up proactively on submitted quotations to achieve a high success rate and close deals effectively.
  • Support the operations department to ensure successful delivery of services that meet or exceed agent expectations.
  • Ensure all data is updated in the system/spreadsheets and work closely with the HQ Marketing Manager for further development and support business growth.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management to contribute to organizational success.
