Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Windows L3 Engineer to design, implement, and maintain Windows-based server environments. This role requires expertise in Windows technologies, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices to ensure system stability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Windows Server Administration:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage updates and patches.
• Implement security best practices and system hardening.

Active Directory (AD) Management:

• Design and manage AD forests, domains, and trusts.
• Configure Group Policies, security settings, and manage user accounts.
• Troubleshoot AD replication issues.

Web Services & Application Support:

• Manage Internet Information Services (IIS) for hosting web applications.
• Optimize web server performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Generate CSR and install SSL certificates.

DNS, DHCP & Certificate Authority (CA) Management:

• Administer DNS & DHCP services for network reliability.
• Configure and manage Certificate Authorities (CA) for SSL/TLS security.

High Availability & Storage Management:

• Implement Windows Server Failover Clustering and load balancing.
• Manage SAN, NAS, DAS storage solutions and backup strategies.

Networking & Security:

• Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN, Load Balancers, Firewalls.
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities in Windows environments.

Azure Cloud & DevOps:

• Deploy and manage Azure Cloud services.
• Implement Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for automation.

Backup & Recovery:

• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans.
• Perform regular backups and recovery testing.

Support & Documentation:

• Provide 24/7 on-call support for incident resolution.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Certifications: MCSE, MCSA, Azure (preferred).
• MSSQL Clustering and troubleshooting experience.
• Expertise in storage, networking, and security best practices.
• Scripting & automation (PowerShell, Python).
• Strong problem-solving & teamwork skills.
