  Minimum Requirements:
  
  • Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Data Science
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in R programming
  • Expertise in Tidyverse, rmarkdown, ggplot2, and table generation packages
  • Experience with clinical trial data and CDISC ADaM/SDTM standards
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities

  • Lead development and maintenance of R-based programming solutions
  • Drive compliance with industry and regulatory standards
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to R programmers
  • Oversee quality control and validation processes
