Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Head of Delivery to oversee and drive the successful delivery of software projects. This role requires a professional with a strong background in software product development, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and leading cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while delivering innovative and impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of multiple software development products from inception to completion.
• Oversee the development of software products, ensuring they meet customer needs and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other stakeholders to align on project scope, timeline, and deliverables.
• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication across departments.
• Define and manage project milestones, identifying and mitigating risks early in the process.
• Optimize project delivery processes and implement best practices for project execution.
• Maintain and track project performance metrics, reporting progress to senior management.
• Build and manage relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and successful delivery outcomes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and other key team members.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in managing and delivering software development products, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in software product development and familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and software platforms.
• Certification in product management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus.
