Are you an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional looking to contribute and work closely with a dynamic CEO? We are seeking a talented Admin Executive to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO and contribute to the smooth functioning of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
Administrative Duties:
- Handle correspondence, reports, and presentations with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure document organization and retrieval efficiency.
- Assist with project coordination and tracking deliverables.
Liaison Role:
- Facilitate communication between the CEO and various departments.
- Represent the CEO in meetings and events when required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or related field (preferred).
- 3 years of Proven experience in executive-level administrative support.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (very important)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities.
