Responsibilities

Channel Automation & SFA Management

• Train teams and distributors/dealers in Darpan software alongside Sales Management Group (SMG)/Vendor.
• Ensure Darpan billing is operational in the market, coordinating with ASMs/NSM.
• Address distributor/dealer complaints and coordinate with IT/SMG for resolution.
• Communicate new requirements to SMG/Vendor for development.
• Manage monthly/quarterly schemes and handle claims from distributors.

Sales Force Automation (SFA) & Proton Management

• Implement the Proton system with the front-line sales team.
• Ensure a proper Dealer Route Coverage Plan in the Sales Force Nucleus.
• Drive key metrics such as productivity, coverage, and range selling.

Sales Team Induction, Training, and Monitoring

• Ensure new Front-Line Sales Team members receive induction and training.
• Provide feedback to NSM regarding SE attrition reasons.
• Monitor and manage exceptions among Sales Executives (SEs).
• Improve performance in territories under exception.

Distributor Exception Management

• Identify weak distributors (financial issues or poor service).
• Proactively replace weak distributors to minimize business impact.

Sales MIS Management

• Ensure high-quality sales-related MIS is provided to the sales team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Professional marketing qualifications from a recognized body.
• Strong coordination skills with SMG team in India in English.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the FMCG or hardware sector.
• Exposure to leading Sales Automation system implementation.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with sales teams.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and IT skills.
