Role and responsibility

• Lead the sales and marketing operations by having end-to-end strong communications with all stake holders.
• Ensure strategic business plan in action to accomplish overall objectives.
• Ensure swift responsiveness and an exceptionally high level of customer service.
• Ensure to cascade the business KPIs into the individual level and inspire the associate to accomplish same through strong monitoring and sharing constant feedback.
• Manage the overall vendor base with the utmost satisfaction.

Experience and Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in the apparel industry (Merchandising)

• Related academic and professional qualification

• Knowledge of company and customer need.
• Extensive technical knowledge
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven people leadership skills, team orientation and managerial experience
