Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in branch operations, sales management, or a similar role - Min 3 - 4 years
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.



Tasks and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Branch Operations Management
    • Oversee all branch operations, including sales, customer service, and administrative tasks.
    • Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations while upholding the company's standards of excellence.
  2. Sales & Business Development
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and business goals.
    • Lead and manage the sales team to ensure performance, motivation, and productivity.
    • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to increase profitability and branch growth.
  3. Team Leadership & Development
    • Recruit, hire, and train a team of sales and support staff.
    • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
    • Provide mentorship and leadership to ensure a positive, productive, and growth-oriented work environment.
  4. Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and service expectations are exceeded.
    • Address customer concerns and satisfaction issues in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Marketing & Event Coordination
    • Work with internal and external teams to organize and host branch events, promotional activities, and client meetings.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement branch-level marketing strategies to improve visibility and brand presence.
  6. Compliance & Process Improvement
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
    • Identify areas of operational inefficiencies and implement corrective actions to enhance performance and profitability.
    • Share insights, competitive intelligence, and best practices with other branches and headquarters.
  7. Market Intelligence & Reporting
    • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
    • Provide regular reports on market movement, customer feedback, and branch performance to senior management.
  8. Networking & Brand Building
    • Network with local businesses, community groups, and stakeholders to build the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
    • Act as a brand ambassador to ensure consistent representation of the company's values and services.
