Position:Senior Executive - Strategy, Finance and Governance
JOB ROLE
Requirements:
Degree or equivalent qualification in finance OR
CIMA (qualified or Strategy level completed) or Management accountancy qualified.
Responsibilities:
Project Management & Operations
- GIT CAPEX project creation and engage with other stakeholders for technical resource allocation (CF, TRP and user divisions).
- Maintain Strategy AR Project hierarchy and ability to provide reports at any dimensions.
- Responsible for E2E order to payment cycle and tracking PO and GRN progress and reporting.
- Responsible for project closure.
- Periodic review and planning of the allocated budgets.
Budgeting and Reporting
- Generate CAPEX/OPEX reports from SAP and carryout analysis for periodic budgetary review.
- Cost forecasting and controlling in terms of resources/ products or projects.
- Update Unit Heads/Program/ Project managers of the status and availability of funds.
- Following up of Business Plan project execution in terms of budgetary point of view from spend to GRN/SES stage.
- Responsible to maintain budget transfer matrix, BP budget utilization, reservation report accurately and up-to date at any time.
- Responsible to maintain OPEX budget report (PO, SES and provision) as well as maintain track records on budget movement.
- Rolling forecast Quarterly / bi-annually (capex/opex)
- Supporting capex & opex governance role by providing necessary information to align the budgetary policies & procedures.
- Maintaining and reconciling the SAP system ledger details with cost center.
- Examining, analyzing and providing variance justifications to Management and relevant parties.
- Divisional SPOC and primary responsible person for process automation (all manual/monthly/daily operational work to be automated with Group Transformation team and output to be monitored periodically)
Cost Transparency: Cost allocation | Cost Chargeback (Inter Department & Inter Companies)
- Review IT rate card driver data periodically.
- Month end reporting of IT expenses to inter companies using the IT rate card DNS, H one, Dialog Finance.
- Custodian for the IT cross transparency framework and with the supervisor/AMC owner & finance and reflected in each entity/ BU PNL.
- Post chargeback report generation as to make sure IT cost gets distributed accurately.
