Job Summary:

The Senior Human Resources Manager will oversee the full scope of human resource functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR strategy, and compliance with labor laws. This role will ensure the HR departments operations align with the organization's strategic goals, focusing on fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high employee satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys business objectives.
    • Oversee workforce planning and talent management strategies to meet current and future business needs.
    • Lead the recruitment process, ensuring timely and quality hires.
    • Oversee employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
    • Implement and manage onboarding programs to integrate new employees efficiently.
    • Act as a consultant to management and employees on HR-related matters.
    • Foster a positive work culture and manage conflict resolution processes.
    • Drive engagement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
    • Design and manage the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
    • Provide coaching and training to managers on performance improvement.
    • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as necessary.
    • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
    • Benchmark salaries and benefits to ensure competitive and fair compensation.
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
    • Manage employee records, contracts, and HR-related documentation.
    • Handle workplace investigations and grievance procedures.
    • Develop and monitor key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, time-to-hire, etc.).
    • Prepare and present reports for senior management on HR-related KPIs.
    • Manage and mentor the HR team to ensure they deliver high-quality support across the organization.
    • Promote collaboration within the HR team and other departments.
    • Lead initiatives to ensure an inclusive workplace culture.
    • Implement policies and programs that promote diversity and equity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree in HR or MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role.
  • Experience across multiple HR disciplines (recruitment, employee relations, compensation, etc.).
  • Certifications: Professional HR certification is a plus.
