WE ARE HIRING: Head of Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy to drive inbound travel.
  • Build and convert a pipeline of B2B and B2C businesses across key source markets.
  • Drive digital, trade, and brand marketing initiatives with overseas partners
  • Secure new partnerships and contracted business.
  • The ability to bring in secured business will be key.
  • P&L ownership and responsibility for revenue growth in the inbound market.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles within travel & tourism
  • Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
  • A strategic thinker with a track record of successful sales and marketing campaigns
  • Strong international trade network and understanding of regional travel trends.
  • Experience in DMCs, tour operations, or destination marketing preferred.
