WE ARE HIRING: End-to-End (E2E) Solution Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for banking and fintech-related projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, define, and validate technical requirements
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, high-performing, and aligned with enterprise goals
• Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps in line with the banks digital strategy
• Oversee system integration with third-party platforms, APIs, and core banking systems
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and oversight to development and engineering teams
• Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies for solution rollouts
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and banking innovations

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, preferably in the banking or financial services domain
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman)
• Proven experience in banking systems, digital payments, security protocols, and regulatory compliance
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience in designing microservices architecture and secure API integrations
• Deep understanding of enterprise integration, middleware technologies, and system interoperability
• Solid knowledge of data architecture, encryption, and cybersecurity best practices
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
