KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

• Define scalable, robust IT architecture at optimal TCO.
• Align solutions with business architecture and group IT strategy.
• Deliver requirements adhering to standards, best practices and guidelines.
• Monitor market solutions and internal technical prescriptions.
• Validate solutions architecture and development.
• Continuous process improvement & support new process implementations
• Develop the team continuously, fostering self-organization and autonomy
• Coach and mentor for skill and process improvement.
• Understand business operations and advise partners
• Plan IT projects and manage obsolescence
• Identify IT solution opportunities with architecture team

POTENTIAL CANDIDATE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR;



• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• Master's Degree in a relevant field would be an asset
• 10 years of experience in IT Industry with minimum 3 years of experience in solution design
• Deep understanding of the infrastructure technology stack and networking
• Exposure to SAP/ Salesforce/ BI and Other Business Applications and ability work with Ms Visio
• Self-motivated, committed and a good team player
• Excellent English communication skills, Customer centricity and service mindset
• Passionate for learning and excellent problem solving skills
