Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT.
• 6-7 years of strong development experience with Node.js & API development.
• Experience in using the Express framework would be an added advantage.
• Extensive experience working with JavaScript & TypeScript.
• In-depth understanding of the Microservice architectures.
• Experience with profiling & monitoring different components of applications.
• Having experience in working with integration projects would be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of design patterns.
• Should be skilled in complex problem-solving.
• Experienced in working in an Agile setup.
• Prior experience leading a backend engineering team would be an added advantage.
• Excellent oral and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design & develop secure, scalable, resilient services to meet demanding customer requirements.
• Analyze the performance of various components, tune-up performance, and derive scaling strategies where needed.
• Provide technical guidance to peers & subordinates.
• Conducted code reviews and provided constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and system resources
