Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of technical documentation, UI design, use cases, and UML diagrams.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Experience in ERP system implementation, preferably in a textile or process manufacturing setting, is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with stakeholders, including non-technical users.
• Open to change and innovation as essential aspects of the role.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• ERP System Implementation: Facilitate communication between technical and functional teams to ensure technical designs and applications align with specified requirements and industry standards.
• ERP Requirements Engineering: Analyze and convert functional requirements into detailed technical specifications for the ERP system.
• Product Backlog Maintenance: Keep the product backlog updated, prioritized, and aligned with business and user needs.
• Scrum Ceremony Facilitation: Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives), remove impediments, and ensure adherence to Scrum practices within the ERP team.
• Technical Solutions Delivery: Oversee project timelines to ensure the successful delivery of technical solutions within the Scrum framework.
• Technical Issue Resolution: Investigate and escalate technical problems, resource conflicts, and communication challenges within the team.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and reliability of ERP solutions through testing and validation to meet business requirements.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation of ERP configurations, customizations, integrations, and report/dashboard development.
• Innovation and Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions and enhance client engagement.
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management, aligned with the current role.
