Job Role

• Promote HR Outsourcing and HR Service Solutions to potential clients
• Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and outbound outreach
• Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of HR solutions, such as recruitment process outsourcing.
• payroll management, HR analytics, compliance support, and more
• Understand client needs and offer customized service proposals aligned with their organizational goals
• Drive the full sales cycle from lead qualification to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth handover to the delivery team
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to keep offerings competitive and relevant
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and KPIs

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in HR outsourcing or HR-related services (minimum 3-5 years).
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field 
• Strong understanding of human resources operations, recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and compliance services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence key decision-makers and stakeholders 
• Ability to understand customer needs and customize solutions accordingly 
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong track record in achieving sales targets
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
