Job Title : Senior Software Engineer - React Native Developer (Industry : IT)

• Working Hours : 8.30 am  - 05.30 pm
• Working days : Monday to Friday

Tasks and Responsibilities :

Cross-platform development: design and implement cross-platform applications using
react, react native, and electron frameworks
Ensure the optimal performance and responsiveness of applications across different
devices and operating systems

• Collaboration and Version Control :
  Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of developers, and product
  managers
  Utilize version control systems, particularly bitbucket, for efficient code management
  and collaboration
• Issue Tracking and Project Management :
  

Utilize Jira for effective issue tracking, task management, and project planning
Collaborate with the team to prioritize and address development tasks and bug fixes

• Code Quality and Best Practices :
  Follow best practices in software development, including code reviews and
  maintaining coding standards
  Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and quality of
  applications.
• User Interface and Experience :
  Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces in collaboration with product owners
  Ensure a positive user experience across different platforms and devices
• Documentation :
  Collaborate with other team members to ensure knowledge sharing and smooth
  onboarding of new developers
• Continuous Learning :
  Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in cross-platform development
  Self studying in relevant training and development activities to enhance my skills
• Deployment and Maintenance :
  Assist in deploying applications and updates to production environments.
  Address and resolve post-deployment issues promptly
• Communication :
  Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders
  Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions
• Daily Tasks :
  1. Code Review and Development:
  Review and contribute to code repositories in bitbucket
  Engage in active development tasks, focusing on cross-platform compatibility.
  2. Issue Management:
  Monitor and address issues in Jira, ensuring timely resolution
  Collaborate with team members to prioritize and manage development tasks.
  3. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
  Share insights and knowledge with team members through regular communication channels
• Quality Assurance :
  Uphold high standards of code quality and performance
• Deployment and Support :
  Assist in deploying applications and updates as needed
  Provide support for production issues and bug fixes
• Collaboration and Meetings :
  Participate in team meetings to discuss project status, challenges, and solutions.
  Collaborate with team members on ongoing projects and initiatives
• End-of-day Review :
  1. Task completion:
  Ensure that development tasks and priorities for the day are addressed.
  Provide a summary of completed tasks and any outstanding issues.
  2. Documentation update:
  Document any insights or solutions that may benefit the team.
  3. Communication and collaboration:
  Communicate with team members regarding progress and any roadblocks.
  Prepare for the next day's tasks and priorities
