SAP Senior Plant Maintenance Consultant

Responsibilities:

- Managing relationships with clients on site, face to face or remotely

- Gathering client requirements and preparing business blueprints/design docs

- Advising on solution design, configuration, testing and go live support

- Mapping Plant Maintenance technical structure to SAP best practice processes

- Configuration of master data and processes

- Designing & delivering relevant workshops and team lead junior consultants

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements related to plant maintenance processes.

- Provide expertise in the implementation, configuration, and customization of SAP Plant Maintenance module


- Design and implement solutions to optimize plant maintenance processes within SAP PM framework.

- Configure SAP PM to meet business requirements, including master data setup, work order management,

preventive maintenance scheduling, and breakdown maintenance.

- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions to end-users and project team members.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP PM-related issues, including analyzing system errors, debugging, and resolving technical issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP PM with other SAP modules and external systems.

- Stay updated with SAP best practices, industry trends, and new technologies related to plant maintenance.

- Lead and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance and support in SAP PM implementation projects.

- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.

 Requirements:

- Between 6-10 years experience in SAP Plant Maintenance functional consultancy.

- 5+ years in heavy Enterprise Asset Management

- ECC and S/4 HANA Plant Maintenance implementation experience

- Good knowledge of the latest SAP S/4 HANA 2021 Plant Maintenance functionality

- SAP Business Process Integration knowledge with PP, MM, CO & Strong communication skills and able to build collaborative relationships.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance module functionalities, including maintenance planning, work order management, equipment master data, and notifications.
