Responsibilities

  • Working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to maintain internal qualitative research files and databases.
  • Perform regular web searches to obtain qualitative data on investment products sold in the Australian market.
  • Perform quantitative database queries and produce sector performance reports using a combination of third party and internal systems.
  • Maintenance of investment performance data files.
  • Preparation of documents for client meetings.
  • Other administration duties as may be required.
  • Create and maintain a strong relationship between the company and external relationship managers.
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy constraints within your work at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 passes in Advanced Level examinations and Degree/ Diploma in Business Management or similar qualification
  • 1 2 years of experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and extensive communication skills with a high level of tact when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A high level of computer literacy, with proven experience with the Microsoft Suite. Some experience of working with simple VBA and R code would be desirable, but not essential.
  • Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to work towards conflicting deadlines and priorities.
  • The ability to work independently and autonomously while collaborating in a team environment as required.
