Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience preferably working in the UK, European markets and the USA with a focus on building and managing partnerships and procurement in the travel industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Drive business expansion and maximize revenue opportunities by identifying and capitalizing on untapped markets.
• Execute strategic initiatives to effectively penetrate new geographical regions.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive markets.
• Utilize online platforms, travel agent directories, and forums to find new agents and maintain open and transparent communication with potential partners.
• Negotiate rate contracts and terms with suppliers, hoteliers, and management companies to secure favorable pricing for seasonal, market-specific, and agent-specific rates for each year (Winter and Summer seasons).
