Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach new audiences.
• Manage and grow social media accounts on Instagram and TikTok.
• Define, create, and manage marketing campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion using multiple channels.
• Handling the end-to-end process of the influencer marketing strategist starts from approaching suitable influencers, creating & present the brief, and reviewing their performance.
• Ensure that a brand remains recognizable, up-to-date, and exciting to customers.
• Making sure that branding is consistent across advertising and campaigns.
• Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns, working closely with product development and business development team.

Qualifications:

• Having 2-3 years of experience in Skincare and Beauty Industry would be an added advantage.
• Experienced in handling TikTok/Instagram.
• Creative and proactive in keeping up with trends and knowledge in social media.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Have a keen eye on design and aesthetics.
• 100% commitment to work during working hours
