Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or a certificate in a relevant field OR 1-3 years of experience in analytics preferred.
• Note: based on specific project demands, it is essential to be flexible and work additional hours as needed
• Must be able to work partial Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required (XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF function, CONCATENATE, Macros).

• Must be adept at problem solving and continuous improvement

• Must be able to prioritize work while adapting to changing business needs, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, emphasizing flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

• Must be efficient, organized, and possess strong time management skills to deliver on tight deadlines

• Problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Background in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) and direct imports is a plus.



Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Gathering Data: Utilize Company proprietary system to gather and manage data efficiently.
• Sales Quote Management: Meticulously prepare, submit, and track sales quotes for products aimed at both US and Global customers.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in preparing quotations
• Validation: Validate product specifications, packaging, and palletization to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quotations, communications, and follow-up actions.
• Customer Portals Management: Create and set up items in customer portals to facilitate seamless transactions.
• Data Integrity Analysis: Analyze and resolve data integrity issues throughout the lifecycle of items conception, quote, purchase commitment, customer setup, production, and finalization.
• Cross-functional Communication: Interact and communicate effectively with teams across various functions to streamline operations and enhance collaboration.
• Procedural Manual Development: Formulate procedural manuals to standardize processes and improve operational efficiency.
