Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent professional qualification in Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum of 4-6 years experience in a similar role.

• Excellent leadership skills.

• Strategic and innovative mindset.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Prepare, monitor, and control the weaving budget, coordinating with relevant parties to ensure targets are met.

• Review production performance by monitoring efficiency levels across all modules, identifying training and development needs to fulfil current and future organizational requirements.

• Participate in production meetings and collaborate with planning, dyeing, preparation, sourcing, maintenance, stores, quality, and HR teams to resolve jacquard-related issues and ensure smooth product flow.

• Coach and guide weaving Group Leaders (GLs) to improve their leadership skills and foster their professional growth.

• Maintain positive employee relations within the team, handling grievances effectively to create a harmonious work environment.

• Lead and promote 6S and MOS initiatives while implementing health and safety policies and procedures within the factory.

• Ensure all quality control and quality assurance systems are in place, in line with customer and ISO compliance requirements. Monitor quality indicators and direct necessary actions to guarantee goods meet customer specifications.

• Monitor allocated modules, identify shortfalls, and communicate them to respective teams, providing

• necessary guidance. This includes verifying output on an hourly basis, comparing daily production plans, and ensuring targets are met.

• Lead the daily value stream meeting, monitor the success of action plans, and ensure effective communication throughout the team.

• Present weekly reviews of weaving data, develop solid action plans to address ongoing issues, and achieve defined targets.
