CLIENT CARE EXECUTIVE 

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development & Growth:
  • Identify patient demands and develop suitable strategies to meet them.
  • Identify suitable patients that can be developed for profitable relationships and/or as suitable Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Develop strategies for penetrating social circles of high-net-worth patients.
  • Prepare and submit monthly activity reports, detailing the efforts and outcomes achieved in patient pipeline development and marketing initiatives.
• Marketing & Outreach:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the hospitals' services in Sri Lanka, specifically targeting high-net-worth individuals.
  • Visit doctors and manage relationships.
  • Organize targeted seminars, promotional, marketing, and publicity efforts (webinars, physical events, etc.) to raise awareness of the medical services and facilities.
• Patient Coordination & Management:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all patient-related enquiries from Sri Lanka, ensuring timely responses and smooth coordination.
  • Manage all necessary arrangements for referred patients, including hospital bed reservations, direct admissions, medical appointments, travel and transport logistics, and billing.
  • Coordinate with hospital teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication throughout the treatment process.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Sri Lanka, with experience in private hospitals (first preference).
• Experience in customer care, doctor onboarding for hospitals, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices is advantageous.
• An established network of contacts in Sri Lanka (including private bankers, doctors, and corporate payors) with proven referral channels is beneficial.
• Experience in organizing marketing events, seminars, and promotional activities.
• Proven ability to work independently while managing complex responsibilities.
• Motivated by achieving results and pushing beyond comfort zones.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders and patients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in all 3 languages, with the ability to present confidently to varied audiences. Fluency in English is required.
