Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective trade marketing strategies to support brand and sales objectives.

• Manage retail distribution planning, ensuring optimal product availability and visibility across all retail channels.

• Drive performance across sales channels through effective promotions, in-store execution, and incentive programs.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and retail performance to identify new growth opportunities.

• Lead and manage retail partnerships, enhancing engagement and long-term collaboration.

• Monitor and control distribution budgets, ensuring cost-effective deployment of trade resources.

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of trade initiatives with broader business goals.

• Implement tools and best practices to track KPIs and evaluate trade marketing effectiveness.

Candidate Profile:

• Educational Background: MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent. Full CIM/SLIM qualification is a strong advantage.

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in trade marketing, sales channel management, or retail distribution strategy.

• Expertise: Deep knowledge in retail strategy, market research, consumer behavior, and business development.

• Skills:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management

  • Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset

  • Proficient in trade marketing tools, budgeting, and performance analysis
