WE ARE HIRING : Head of Region 

Location: Flexible across 4 locations

Work Days: Monday - Saturday
Work Hours: Weekdays 8:30 AM 5:00 PM | Weekends 8:30 AM 1:00 PM
Male Candidates Preferred

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to enhance portfolio growth.
Ensure high credit quality within the regional portfolio.
Lead sales, marketing, and recovery initiatives to exceed profit targets.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to shape business strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business channels.
Oversee the execution of the Recovery Action Plan efficiently.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Banking, Economics, Business Management, Finance, or Marketing.
Professional qualifications from CIM/SLIM or other recognized bodies (full/partial).
10+ years of experience in a reputed organization, preferably in banking or finance.
Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
Fluency in Sinhala, Tamil, and English is essential.
