We Are Hiring: Executive Quality Assurance & Development

Location: Tissamaharama
Working Type: Onsite
Working Time 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Industry: Manufacturing (Fashion Hats & Bags)

Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor quality control for raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products.
Conduct inspections at different production stages to ensure compliance with company and customer standards.
Identify defects and coordinate with internal & external production teams to resolve quality issues.
Ensure proper documentation of quality reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
Oversee village artisan production to ensure external production quality consistency.
Work closely with the Australian team on product development, materials, and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with international quality and ethical standards.
Monitor customer feedback and assist in resolving quality-related concerns.
Liaise with production plants and 3P companies to achieve expected quality standards.

Required Qualifications

Degree or equivalent qualification in Quality Management or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the Manufacturing industry.
Experience working in diverse teams and with overseas customers.
Experience with Bonded Warehouses and 3P companies is a plus.
Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
High integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Key Skills Must Have

Proficiency in English & Sinhala.
Strong Negotiation & Communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines (especially month-end).
