Senior Audit Associate 


Work Location: Colombo 07, Sri Lanka
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
Overtime: Paid for work beyond 5 PM, weekends, and holidays

Scope of Work:

1. Tax-Related Assistance

• Collaborate with the tax consultant to manage tax compliance and reporting.
• Prepare and organize documentation for tax filings and assessments.
• Assist in responding to queries from the Inland Revenue Department (IRD).

2. Asset Count and Verification

• Assist in implementing asset management software.
• Conduct physical verification of company assets.
• Identify discrepancies and recommend reconciliation actions.

3. Administrative Support

• Maintain finance and tax-related records and documentation.
• Perform additional administrative tasks assigned by management.

4. Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in audit and tax.
• Strong knowledge of Sri Lankas tax regulations and reporting standards.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Assignment Details:

• Service is assignment-based with a per man-day rate.
• Must work independently and collaboratively.

6. Staff Conduct:

• Must adhere to company rules, regulations, and SOPs.
• Expected to maintain high-quality performance and efficiency.
• The outsourced company is responsible for staff conduct.
