Project Support Executive

Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
Working Mode: Onsite
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Support Executive to help organize and improve sales materials while collaborating with consulting and client services teams to respond to pitch opportunities. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to support project management processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain the project management system.
• Support colleagues with project planning and cost estimates.
• Manage, coordinate, and streamline project management policies and procedures.
• Produce management reports on project costings and progress.
• Generate project update reports for clients.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics).
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) to collaborate with the UK-based head office.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Independent self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
• Versatile, enthusiastic, and able to work collaboratively.
• Interest in branding, marketing, and market research.
