Overview:

As a Product Owner B2C Payment Solutions, you will drive the strategy, development, and optimization of payment processing solutions in healthcare RCM. Your role will focus on enhancing transaction workflows, ensuring compliance, and integrating payment gateways with healthcare billing, claims, and patient payment systems, focusing on consumer-facing experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define Product Vision & Roadmap Create and manage the vision, roadmap, and backlog for B2C payment processing solutions in healthcare RCM.
• Stakeholder Collaboration Work with internal teams (billing, finance, compliance, tech) to optimize patient-centric payment workflows.
• Payment Gateway Integration Lead the integration of payment gateways with EHR/EMR, claims management, and billing systems.
• Ensure Compliance Maintain HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and other healthcare payment compliance standards.
  Third-Party Collaboration Work with payment processors, banks, and fintech providers to enhance transaction efficiency and consumer-friendly payment options.
• Optimize Payment Collection Enhance online, mobile, and in-office payment experiences for patients, including self-service portals and digital wallets.
• Drive Innovation Implement solutions like automated payment reconciliation and real-time claim payments.
• Market Research Stay ahead of B2C healthcare fintech trends and consumer payment behaviors.
  Track KPIs Measure success with key indicators like payment success rates, revenue collection efficiency, and fraud prevention.
• Agile Leadership Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure smooth execution of B2C payment initiatives aligned with healthcare RCM goals.

Person Profile:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Experience:

• 5+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar in B2C payment solutions, healthcare RCM, or fintech.
• 4-6 years of experience in requirement management for SaaS products in payment solutions.
  Skills:
• Deep knowledge of consumer payment processing, insurance payments, and patient billing workflows.
• Experience with payment gateways, merchant processors, and consumer-focused fintech.
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth).
• Expertise in PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and healthcare payment regulations.
• Experience with API integrations for payment processing and RCM platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  Tools: Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
