Job Responsibilities

Cold calling and establishing contact with potential clients to promote and sell the projects
residential condos.

Identify and qualify sales leads from various sources, such as online inquiries, referrals, and
marketing campaigns.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and collating
information on the same for Senior Managers.

Schedule meetings for Senior Managers with qualified leads to drive sales opportunities.
Regularly follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure continued interest and
satisfaction.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the overall success of the
company.

Maintain accurate records of all communications and client interactions in the CRM system.

The ideal candidate should be,
Part qualification in CIM, SLIM or degree in Business Management/ Marketing or any other
recognized equal qualifications.

Fluency in English and Sinhala communication and writing. (Fluency in all three languages,
English, Sinhala and Tamil would be an added advantage)

A team player with excellent negotiation, interpersonal and English communication skills

An advanced level of computer literacy is required and experience in CRM operations will be
an advantage.
